Shadonix Family Line

John Henry Shadonix was born 6/2 /1901. He Married Laura Marie Wagner on 3/26/1926. John passed away from a heart attack on 10/31/1951. Laura passed away on August 1,2005. They had three children, John Henry Shadonix, Dale Udell Shadonix, and Elaine Mae Shadonix

1.     John Henry Shadonix. Born on 1/11/1927, he married Ida Anita Wells, Ida Ann Eckstein on marriage certificate, (born 8/26/1929) on 7/15/1948. John passed away in the court room as a practicing attorney for Allstate Insurance of a heart attack on 4/10/1982. They had three children; John Rick Shadonix, Mark Eric Shadonix, and Barbara Laury Shadonix.

2.     Dale Udell Shadonix was born 3/10/1929. He married Nada Elizabeth Beum (1/3/1933) on 1/27/1952. They had five children; Thomas Dale Shadonix, Jeanne Sue Shadonix, Mary Elizabeth Shadonix, William Andrew Shadonix, and Julie Ann Shadonix.

3.     Elaine Mae Shadonix was born 10/4/1932. She married Earl (Smokey) Lester Stober (3/15/1929) on 5/22/1950. They had four children; Karen Elizabeth Stober (4/21/1951), John Paul Stober (11/13/1953), Janice Elaine (9/8/1956), and James David Stober (10/5/1958).

Children of John Henry Shadonix

1.     John Rick Shadonix (02/26/1949) married Suzanne Marie Gleason (03/20/49) on 12/26/70. John currently teaches at Rincon/University High School in Tucson, Arizona. Suzanne is the founding principal at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton School in Tucson, Arizona. John and Suzanne have three children: Carole Elizabeth Shadonix (Carrie) born 05/14/78, John Matthew Shadonix (Matthew) born 12/14/79, and Colin William Shadonix born 09/20/91. Carrie Shadonix married Phillip Kenneth Fey ("Ken", 08/23/70) on 04/22/06. Carrie and Ken are both pharmacists in Tucson, Arizona. Matthew Shadonix married Sarah Jane Stuber (01/06/80) on 08/05/06. Sarah and Matthew are attorneys in the Dallas, Texas area. Sarah and Matthew have one child: John Henry Shadonix (Jack) born 3/15/2010.

2.     Mark Eric Shadonix (06/09/1960) married Louise Kathleen Lerma (02/26/61) on 06/01/85. They have two children: Katie Maureen Shadonix (02/20/90) and Cali Berea Shadonix (05/08/92).

3.     Barbara Laury Shadonix (05/12/1964) married Mark Alan Longo (09/10/59) on 06/13/87. They have three children: Anthony Gabriel Longo (03/23/89), Joseph Michael Longo (03/15/91), and Samantha Joy Longo (02/27/98).

Children of Dale Udell Shadonix

1.     Thomas Dale Shadonix (12/12/1952) married Anna Majors 9/24/76. Anna had one daughter prior to the marriage (Angelina Majors). Following the divorce in 1980, Tom remarried Collene Randleman (2/25/__) on 6/12/82. Collene had one son prior to this marriage who was adopted by Tom, Billy Randleman Shadonix. This marriage ended in divorce and Tom remarried Denise Middleton 2/9/1995. Denise brought five children into the marriage including Shawna Leigh Middleton(12/23/73), Matthew Lawerence Middleton (9/21/78), Amanda Jane Middleton (1/23/1980) - mother of Lily Rosetta Greenwood (12/16/1999); Jessica Anne Middleton (6/20/1985), and Marc Andrew Middleton(8/1/1987).

2.     Jeanne Sue Baird (10/13/1953) married Randy Alan Sweeney (11/21/1951) on 6/23/73. They have two sons Arron Todd Sweeney (3/23/1977) and Joshua Daniel Sweeney (2/24/1985). Jeanne remarried Dave Charles Baird (8/12/1951) on 6/6/1998.

3.     Mary Elizabeth Shadonix (8/26/1955) married Dennis Wayne Gruwell (8/12/1953) on 8/20/1977. They have two children who have married including Timothy Scott Gruwell (6/29/1979), married to Sheree, and Christopher Alan Gruwell (1/8/1982), married to Joni (9/5/1980) on 7/26/2003.

4.     William Andrew Shadonix (10/27/1956) married Joni Lynn Payne (1/19/1959) on 12/22/1979. Bill is a fifth grade teacher at Brookwood Elementary in Leawood, Kansas. He has been listed in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers three times and was a Wal-Mart Teacher of the year in 2006. Joni has worked for K.M.E.A. since 1997. They have three sons including Jason Andrew Shadonix (12/23/1981), a database administrator for the fourth largest premium finance company in the country, Matthew Scott Shadonix (7/23/1984) – married to Cara Jane Leiblie (11/2/1980) on 2/22/2006 and father of Jay Scott Shadonix (3/7/2006), and Stephen William Shadonix (8/5/1989).

5.     Julie Ann Shadonix (10/12/1957) married John Meyer (11/3/1955) on 10/5/1991. They have two children including Samuel Victor Meyer 5/15/1993 and Abigail Elizabeth Meyer 1/21/1996.

1.     Karen Elizabeth Stober (4/21/1951)married Robert Evertt Scott (born May 10, 1951) on May 22, 1976. They have 5 children, Andrew Jay Scott born August 20, 1977; Matthew Robert Scott born December 4, 1979 married July 16, 2005 to Laura Gross born on June 17, 1979 currently with one son Isaac Robert Scott born November 4, 2006; Jesse Ray Scott born January 3, 1983; Sarah Marie Scott born August 10, 1986 and Kathrine Elaine Scott born Janurary 2, 1990.

2.     John Paul Stober (11/13/1953)married Jill Lynn Vance (born September 6, 1957) on September 8, 1979. They have 2 children, Emily Nicole Stober born November 22, 1988 and Evan Thomas Stober born December 7, 1992.

3.     Janice Elaine Stober(9/8/1956)married on July 26, 1980 divorced August 4, 1983 with one son, Jeremy Michael Stober born August 22, 1982 and married to Katherine Joy Musick (born October 10, 1985)on June 23, 2007.

4.     James David Stober (10/5/1958)divorced father of 4; Jennifer Lynn Stober born November 6, 1982; Jessica Marie Stober born November 20, 1983; Jaimie Elaine Stober born May 7, 1986 currently with one son Ricardo Cristian Soto Jr. born January 29, 2007 and Julie Ann Stober born April 30, 1987. Jim is currently married to Beth Carriker born March 30, 1963.
